Metal Technology, Inc., is on the leading edge of knowledge in reactive, refractory and high temperature alloys. Established in 1971 as B.J. Enterprises, the company quickly grew in size, capability and reputation because of our innovative approach to precision forming processes using exotic metals and alloys including zirconium, molybdenum, tantalum, vanadium, niobium, titanium, nickel, inconel, etal. Using proprietary deep-draw, forging, spinning and CNC machining methodologies, we create standard and custom products in virtually any size and shape to meet customer specifications.

We’re proud of our reputation for high-reliability and quality. It begins with our quality control system based on MIL-I-45208 and MIL-Q-9858. It’s what has enabled us to achieve award-winning results on such recent projects as Lockheed Martin’s Trident C4 and D5 manifold systems. Our calibration systems, as well, are designed to standardize equipment and tooling to MIL-STD-45662 requirements — meeting the high standards set down by the National Bureau of Standards and Technology. Further, our in-house inspection team — regularly tested to MIL-STD-410 requirements — is qualified in testing for penetrant inspection.
